             abstract = "The Landholding Regularization can be defined as the set of legal, 
                         urban, environmental and social measures aimed at the 
                         regularization of informal settlements and the titration of the 
                         occupants in order to guarantee the social right of habitation, 
                         the full development of the social functions of urban property and 
                         the right to an ecologically balanced environment. (Brazil, 2009). 
                         In the study area in the city of Jo{\~a}o Pessoa, Law No. 12,410 
                         covers the implementation of the Living Legal Program which is 
                         responsible for regularization in the social interest areas, 
                         described in Federal Law 11,977 / 2009. Since the purpose of this 
                         work is to create a SIGWEB able to assist in landholding 
                         regularization, thus facilitating the monitoring of the properties 
                         by the Municipal Social Housing Department (SEMHAB) through a 
                         single database managed by PostgreSQL 9.5 and connected with the 
                         map manager GeoServer 2.3 to integrate the real estate register 
                         interface with the cartographic base, facilitating the location 
                         and updating their registration data, this way the regularization 
                         can be made. The results revealed a fast system with an easy 
                         understanding interface, consisting of a single sheet dedicated to 
                         the registration of the responsible and information of property 
                         situation. Moreover, the possibility of integrating the system 
                         with registry offices and other offices of the city and possibly 
                         reducing mismatches of information generated by the processing of 
                         the regularization process.",
